Medium Sized Casters

Our production facility for medium-sized casters spans approximately 4,800 square meters. It is organized into clearly defined zones to support every step of the manufacturing process. These zones include raw material receiving and storage, a cutting and shaping area, a heating and forming section, a machining zone for axle and bracket processing, a surface treatment unit, a final assembly line, and a finished goods warehouse. The entire layout follows a logical, straight-line flow. Materials move forward from one step to the next without backtracking, which helps avoid delays and confusion on the floor.

The production process starts with steel plate inspection and cutting. Shaped parts then go through heating and pressing to form the caster frame. After that, holes are drilled and axles are machined to exact sizes. Each part is checked before moving to the next stage. Surface treatment includes cleaning, painting, and drying to prevent rust. In the assembly area, wheels, brackets, bearings, and brakes are put together by trained workers. Finished casters are tested for load capacity and rolling performance before packing.

We use basic but reliable machines such as press brakes, drilling machines, welding stations, and paint spray booths. All equipment is checked weekly to ensure safe operation. Emergency stop buttons are installed at every workstation. Workers wear protective shoes, gloves, and safety glasses. The workshop is well-lit and ventilated, with clear walkways and signs marking each zone.

Quality control is part of daily work. Supervisors inspect samples from each shift. Key checks include wheel rotation, brake function, frame strength, and overall dimensions. Records are kept for every batch. If a problem is found, production stops until it is fixed. We focus on making casters that can handle loads between 200 kg and 1,000 kg, suitable for carts, shelves, and industrial equipment.

We run two shifts per day, with 28 workers per shift. Most tasks are done by hand or with simple machines to keep the process flexible. The workshop is kept clean, and waste materials are collected and sorted daily. This setup allows us to produce steady, reliable casters while keeping the work environment safe and orderly
